Recruitment Consultant Role - Skye Recruit Office - Chelmsford or Kent

The Role:

Following another successful year of growth, our Skye Recruit division is now recruiting for additional team members to work from either of our Essex or Kent offices.

We have several opportunities for consultants with all levels of experience, in addition to Trainee roles for candidates with no direct recruitment experience. Above all, we are looking for individuals with the drive, enthusiasm and determination to succeed.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Recruitment Agent, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Sales Executive, Recruitment Manager, Resourcer, Junior Consultant, Trainee Recruitment Consultant and living within a commutable distance of Chelmsford or Kings Hill (Kent)or willing to relocate.

You will be given excellent levels of training and support but crucially, the desire to succeed must come from you, along with the willingness to put in real effort and hard work.

Our Skye Recruit team offers excellence in Permanent and Contract recruitment in a wide range of industry sectors.  A particular strength of ours lies in Information Technology including Technical, Sales and Managerial positions.

The Candidate/s:

The ideal industry experienced candidate will be degree educated with a proven, demonstrable track record in creating new business and closing deals in an agency environment.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as our value proposition needs to be communicated at all levels within major organizations. You will possess the ability to work under pressure, be self motivated and above all be results driven.

You will have previously demonstrated your abilities by achieving in a similar role, you will have developed strong customer relationships and have a proven background in recruitment.

If you are interested in a trainee role then ideally you will have some relevant sales or telesales experience and be very comfortable talking to clients face to face and over the phone. You must have excellent written and verbal skills along with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
