Account Manager Role - Skye IT Office - Chelmsford

£25-£30k with attractive uncapped tiered commission scheme

The Role:

With the continued success and growth of our business, an opportunity has arisen for several new account managers to join our Skye IT team, you will be required to sell a range of IT solutions to SME and enterprise clients, and will be results driven. 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for;

- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

- Booking & attending client meetings / new business meetings

- Managing client accounts, requiring your time to be both internal & external

- Proactive new business targeting, including working with marketing team to follow up campaign leads, confirming attendees for events etc

- Maximize business development opportunities.

- Attend training/events where and when required.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide monthly sales forecasting/prospecting reports to Sales Director

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in IT end user sales, should be self motivated and results orientated.  Excellent communication skills are a must, as our value proposition needs to be communicated at all levels within major organizations. You will possess the ability to work under pressure, and above all be sales driven.

You will have previously demonstrated your abilities by achieving in a similar role, you will have developed strong customer relationships and have a proven background in IT sales.

Required Skills:

- Strong client relationships skills

- Communication, presentation, & negotiation skills

- Experience in selling Desktop & Server Infrastructure products
